Bailey Leeke earns All-America honors from AVCA

The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire's Bailey Leeke has been named to the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) All-America third team for 2024. The AVCA made the announcement on Wednesday.

Leeke is now the 32nd athlete from the Blugolds to receive All-American honors. She is also the program's 11th representative on the All-America teams over the past decade.

Throughout this season, Leeke led her team in several categories including kills, kills per set, service aces, and points won. She recorded a total of 394 kills and 47 aces, with an average of 3.58 kills per set. In the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC), she ranked fifth in kills and sixth in aces. Additionally, she contributed 306 digs.

The Blugolds finished their season with a record of 21-9 and advanced to the second round of the NCAA Tournament.
