Royal Credit Union has appointed Jay Schoenborn as the new branch manager of its Menomonie North office. In this position, Schoenborn will oversee his team to deliver service to members, encourage collaboration among staff, and work on building relationships with the local community.
Schoenborn started working at Royal Credit Union in September 2023 as a member account representative at the Eau Claire South office. He later became branch team lead at the Eau Claire Downtown location and is also co-chair of Royal’s deposits committee.
In a statement, Schoenborn expressed his enthusiasm for the new role: "I look forward to continuing to serve Members while fostering meaningful new connections."
