The Wisconsin Veterans Chamber of Commerce (WVCC) has appointed Georgia Lee Arts as an ambassador for Northwest Wisconsin. Arts, a 24-year veteran of the U.S. Air Force, brings extensive experience in training, coaching, leadership, and air and space operations to her new role.
During her military service, Arts was an airborne surveillance technician on the E-3 Sentry AWACS aircraft during the Gulf War. Her work involved executing deep-look surveillance operations that provided critical tactical control beyond enemy lines. For her performance in or near hostile airspace, she received the Aerial Achievement Medal.
After retiring from the military, Arts founded Deep Spaces Identity Gap Coaching, which helps individuals align their identities with their professional goals. In 2022, she launched Elysian Dream, a venture focused on self-discovery and personal empowerment. Her book "Dream Journey: Breaking the Dream Barriers – A Guide to Bridging Identity Gaps in Life and Career," published in 2024, outlines her approach to development.
As a WVCC ambassador, Arts aims to support veterans and veteran-friendly businesses by fostering collaborative environments that provide career and business support. She is committed to ensuring that veterans' contributions are recognized within their communities.
