Steve Hanson, publisher of Eye On Dunn County, has been appointed as the LION Publishers ambassador for rural newsrooms. The role involves leading a peer-run learning group where publishers from rural newsrooms can discuss their challenges, share ideas, and propose solutions. The group will convene monthly through virtual meetings and conclude with an in-person gathering at the LION Summit.
