The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire's Abby Stanwood has been named the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) Kwik Trip Athlete of the Week for volleyball. This recognition is for her performance during the week of November 4-10, where she was acknowledged as the defensive player of the week.
Stanwood's contributions were significant in UW-Eau Claire's match against UW-La Crosse on November 8. She recorded 17 digs and two blocks, helping her team secure a sweep. Her average was 5.67 digs per set, marking her third-best performance this season. Additionally, she supported the team's offensive efforts with nine kills.
