The Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) has revealed its Kwik Trip Athletes of the Week for the period from October 21 to October 27. Ella Josephs, representing the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, was recognized as the women's diving athlete of the week. The decision was made through an anonymous vote by WIAC head coaches.

Josephs demonstrated her diving skills during a competition against UW-Stevens Point on October 25, where she excelled in both events. She scored 227.05 points in the one-meter competition and achieved a score of 212.30 in the three-meter event, contributing to her team's victory with a final score of 207-92.
