The Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference has recognized the Kwik Trip Athletes of the Week for the period from September 30 to October 6. Keeley Behr from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire was selected as the women's cross country athlete of the week. The decision was made by an anonymous vote among WIAC head coaches.
Behr, hailing from Aurora, Illinois, achieved a notable fourth-place finish out of 193 competitors at her home invitational on October 4. Her performance helped lead the Blugolds to secure first place among thirteen teams. Behr completed the 6K course in a time of 22:28, marking an improvement of 61 seconds compared to her previous year's time at the Blugold Invitational.
