There were 5,377 students enrolled in Hudson School District schools in the 2022-23 school year, 1% less than the previous year, according to the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction.

Of all the students welcomed in the 2022-23 school year, 51.9% of them were boys, and 48.1% were girls.

Data also shows that most of the students were white, accounting for 87.2% of the Hudson School District total enrollment.

Among the 10 schools in the Hudson School District, Hudson High School recorded the highest enrollment of 1,783 students in the 2022-23 school year.

Nearly 830,000 students were enrolled in Wisconsin schools in the 2021-22 school year. This is a 0.85% decrease from the year before. In sharp contrast to declining public school figures, enrollment in charter schools rose 4.5% to more than 52,000.
