Enrollment at Stanley-Boyd Area School District increased by 0.5% compared to previous school year

There were 1,089 students enrolled in Stanley-Boyd Area School District schools in the 2022-23 school year, 0.5% more than the previous year, according to the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction.

Of all the students welcomed in the 2022-23 school year, 53.2% of them were boys, and 46.8% were girls.

Data also shows that most of the students were white, accounting for 91.7% of the Stanley-Boyd Area School District total enrollment.

Stanley-Boyd Area School District covers four schools within Chippewa County, with its main office in Stanley.

Among the four schools in the Stanley-Boyd Area School District, Stanley Elementary School recorded the highest enrollment of 436 students in the 2022-23 school year.

Nearly 830,000 students were enrolled in Wisconsin schools in the 2021-22 school year. This is a 0.85% decrease from the year before. In sharp contrast to declining public school figures, enrollment in charter schools rose 4.5% to more than 52,000.
