City of Augusta issued the following announcement on Feb 14.
AUGUSTA YARD WASTE CLEAN UP DAYS for 2022-May 3rd and November 8th
Yard waste MUST be curbside by 5 am as a separate truck will be picking up yard waste. Waste Management will take 10 bags of yard waste (leaves and grass) per household. Yard waste MUST be in compostable bags. Brush will NOT be picked up. There is no need to call ahead to schedule service. Please leave trash cart at the curb until yard waste pick up is complete. This is for Waste Management garbage customers ONLY.
