Notice of Class B Intoxicating License Availability

City of Hudson issued the following announcement on Sept. 10

Pursuant to Section 145-8(D)(1) of the Hudson Municipal Code, the City of Hudson hereby notifies the public that due an increase in population there is a Class B Reserve Intoxicating License is available.

The reserve license has an initial $10,000 fee in addition to annual license fees.

Application material is available at the City Clerk’s office located at 505 Third Street.

The Common Council shall not consider any applications for said liquor license until 15 days have elapsed from the first date of the publication and all applicants applying within that fifteenday period have met the waiting period required under state law. All provisions of state law and the Hudson Municipal Code shall apply to the consideration of any liquor license applications.
