Chippewa Falls High School standout Morgan Wirtz’s college team won in NCAA Division III softball game on Sunday, Feb. 23

On Sunday, Feb. 23, former Chippewa Falls High School standout Morgan Wirtz’s current college team, the Saint Mary's Cardinals, won 9-5 in their NCAA Division III softball game against the Luther Norse.

The game took place at Maverick All-Sports Dome. This was their second matchup against the Norse this season.

The Cardinals’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 23 at 1 p.m. at Maverick All-Sports Dome against Bethany Lutheran Vikings.
