On Tuesday, April 22, former Chippewa Falls High School standout Morgan Wirtz’s current college team, the Saint Mary's Cardinals, won 7-0 in their NCAA Division III softball game against the Macalester Scots.

The game took place at Saint Mary's Softball Field. This was their second matchup against the Scots this season.

The Cardinals’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 26 at 1 p.m. at Edor Nelson Field against Augsburg Auggies.
