The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire's Nicholas Meuser has been named an honorable mention on the 2025 All-Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) baseball team. The announcement was made on Wednesday.

Meuser, a sophomore right-handed pitcher from Burnsville, Minnesota, is the sole representative from the Blugolds on this year's All-WIAC team. Throughout the conference season, he achieved a record of 2-3, with 29 strikeouts over 39.1 innings and maintained a 5.95 ERA.

In his last four starts of the season, Meuser improved his performance significantly with a 2-1 record and a reduced ERA of 3.85. Notably, he pitched nine scoreless innings against UW-Oshkosh, an NCAA Tournament team, on April 13. He concluded the season with consecutive wins over UW-Platteville and UW-River Falls. In his final game against the Falcons, he pitched seven innings, allowing three runs and striking out six.

Additionally, Austin Buck from Afton, Minnesota/Stillwater was recognized as part of WIAC's All-Sportsmanship team representing the Blugolds.
