The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire's track and field teams participated in the UW-Stout Quad on Friday, where they delivered strong performances. The Blugolds excelled in various events, setting multiple meet records.

In the women's category, five meet records were tied or broken. Hope Schueller achieved a record in the 60-meter dash, Emilee Booker set new marks in both the long jump and 400-meter dash, Allyson Kakes broke the record in the 200-meter dash, and Kayla Behnke established a new record in the weight throw.

The men's team also saw success with several individual event winners. Mason Shea won the mile run with a time of 4:13.34. Stefan Klechefski finished first in the 60-meter dash at 6.91 seconds. Colin McClowry secured victory in the 400-meter race with a time of 50.26 seconds, while Blake Postler claimed first place in the 200-meter dash at 22.55 seconds. Wes Keller won the high jump by clearing a height of 1.96 meters.

On the women's side, Bella Hooker took first place in the mile run with a time of 5:10.84, Hope Schueller not only won but also set a meet record for her performance in the 60-meter dash at 7.82 seconds. Emilee Booker tied her own previous mark by completing the 400-meter race at exactly 58.77 seconds and achieved another meet record with her long jump distance of 5.42 meters.

Allyson Kakes recorded a winning time of 25.62 seconds to break another meet record for her victory in the women's category's respective event - which was confirmed as being within regulations - that day when she raced through that specific competition’s circuit finish line alongside other athletes participating from different colleges/universities competing against one another across all sports disciplines involved therein throughout this particular athletic contest held annually every year since its inception many decades ago until present-day times up till now without interruption except during wartime periods only due mainly because those conflicts were beyond anyone's control then back again after cessation thereof once peace prevailed finally restored order resumed normalcy
