The Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) has recognized Ella Josephs from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire as the women's diving athlete of the week. This announcement was made for the period of January 27 to February 2.

Josephs, hailing from Plymouth, Wisconsin, achieved a significant milestone in her diving career during a dual meet against UW-Whitewater on February 1. She accomplished her first NCAA Diving Zones cut on the one-meter board with a score of 266.40, securing first place in that event. Additionally, she won first place on the three-meter board with a score of 239.85.
