The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire men's cross country team has secured an at-large berth to the NCAA Division III Cross Country Championships. Ranked No. 22 in the latest USTFCCCA national coaches poll, this marks their first team appearance at nationals since 2021.

Keeley Behr from Aurora, Illinois, will represent UWEC women as an individual competitor. This is her third consecutive season competing at nationals, though it is her first time as an individual. Previously, she was part of the Blugolds' national qualifying teams in 2022 and 2023. Behr earned all-region honors at the NCAA North Regional and was the top finisher for the Blugolds in that race.

The NCAA Championships are scheduled for November 23 in Terre Haute, Indiana. The men's team placed fifth at the NCAA North Regional on Saturday. Mason Shea from River Falls, Wisconsin, who earned All-America honors last season by finishing 39th at the NCAA Championships, will be participating in his fourth consecutive national meet.

In their last appearance at the NCAA Championships in 2021, the UW-Eau Claire men finished 25th.

The championships will begin with the women's race at 11 a.m. Eastern Time on November 23, followed by the men's race at noon Eastern Time.
