FOIA Request to City of Green Bay Regarding Same Day Registered Voters for 2024 Election on November 7, 2024.
We at the Chippewa Valley Times have submitted a request under the Wisconsin Open Records Law, §19.31 et seq., seeking access to records pertaining to new voter registrations that occurred on November 5, 2024. Our aim is to gather and disseminate accurate information about local governmental affairs and ensure transparency in public institutions.
As a media organization committed to comprehensive news coverage, we believe that access to these public records is essential in fulfilling our professional responsibilities.
