Nick Amtmann earns All-America honorable mention after successful junior season

The NCAA Division III PING All-America teams were recently announced by the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA). Among the 47 players recognized, Nick Amtmann from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire was named to the All-America Honorable Mentions team for his performance in 2024.

Nick Amtmann, a junior from Nashotah, Wisconsin, received an All-America award for the first time. His junior season included four top-5 finishes and concluded with individual wins at both the WIAC Championship and the Bethel University Spring Quad. Notably, Amtmann tied a school record with a round of 66 during the WIAC Championships and then set a new record at Bethel Quad with an 18-hole score of 63. He finished the year ranked third regionally and averaged 72.9 strokes per round with an individual record of 689-188-25.
