The National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) has announced the 2024 NFCA Division III All-Region teams, featuring 376 student-athletes from 167 schools. Among those honored is Claire Beck from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, who earned a spot on the NFCA All-Region third team for her performance during her junior season.
Beck achieved a .416 batting average with 37 hits, 30 RBIs, and a .930 OPS over 26 games. This season marked career highs for Beck in all offensive categories.
The awards recognize student-athletes from ten regions, with selections made to one of three teams. The winners are nominated and voted on by NFCA member head coaches within their respective regions.
All athletes selected will be considered for inclusion in the three NFCA Division III All-America squads. These will be announced on May 29 online and at the NCAA Division III Finals banquet in Marshall, Texas.
The NFCA serves as a professional organization for fastpitch softball coaches, known for its coaches polls and All-America awards. It provides educational support through various channels such as podcasts, awards, events, and its National Convention.
