The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire women's golf team secured sixth place at the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) Championship. The event took place at Reedsburg Country Club, concluding on Sunday. The Blugolds improved from last year's seventh-place finish with a collective score of 1,020 over the three-day tournament.

Lilly Kaminski led the team on the final day, achieving a personal score of 84 and finishing 16th individually with a total of 248 for the tournament. Elizabeth Hermann ended in 25th place after shooting an 85 on Sunday, culminating in a total score of 253. She also earned a spot on the WIAC All-Sportsmanship team. Olivia McSorley made significant progress on the leaderboard during the final day by carding an impressive team-best score of 81, which placed her in a tie for 28th with a total of 255.

Other contributors included Bri Novak, who finished in 51st place with a score of 269; Lydia Jensen, tying for 55th at 275; and Riane Hayden, who placed 64th with a score of 285.

The Blugolds are set to return to competition in the spring season.
