The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire women's soccer team faced St. Catherine University in a nonconference match on Saturday in Saint Paul, Minnesota. The game was marked by physical play, resulting in five yellow cards and 18 fouls. Despite a strong defensive effort, the Blugolds were unable to prevent St. Kate's from scoring twice, leading to a 2-0 defeat.
