The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire women's volleyball team has been awarded the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Team Academic Award sponsored by INENT for the 2023-24 season. This marks the program's 22nd time and 12th consecutive year receiving this recognition.

As a team, the Blugolds achieved a 3.588 GPA while compiling a 16-14 overall record. UW-Eau Claire placed sixth in the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) regular season and advanced to the WIAC Tournament semifinals after securing a first-round victory over UW-Stevens Point.

The award, initiated in the 1992-93 academic year, honors teams that demonstrate excellence in academics by maintaining a year-long GPA of 3.30 or higher on a 4.00 scale or 4.10 on a 5.00 scale.
