The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire men's and women's swimming and diving teams have received several academic awards for their 2023-24 seasons. Both teams earned Spring Scholar All-America Team honors from the College Swimming & Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA), with multiple individuals also receiving Scholar All-America awards.

The Blugold women achieved their team award with a collective 3.56 grade point average, while the Blugold men earned theirs with a 3.35 GPA. To qualify for the award, a team needed to maintain a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 during the spring semester.

Individually, Ben Keller (Sr., Cedarburg, Wis.) and Blake Wallen (Fr., Savage, Minn./Prior Lake) were named CSCAA Scholar All-Americans for the Blugold men. For the Blugold women, Elaina Plonis (Jr., Macomb, Mich./Eisenhower), Kiara Bissen (Jr., Madison, Wis./Memorial), and Sydney McGuine (Sr., Huntley, Ill.) received Scholar All-America honors.
