In January of 2022, with City Council approval, the City entered into an agreement with CORBA to develop a trail plan for the City Well's Site. 

Now that this plan has been developed, the City is seeking the public’s input before presenting to the City Council, Waterways & Parks Commission for final approval. The meeting will be held on Tuesday, November 28th at the LE Phillips Library Carnegie Room from 4:30pm– 6:00pm. This will be an open house type format with City staff and CORBA representatives answering questions while gathering information.
