Are you interested in being a part of our equity, diversity, and inclusion efforts? Want to learn more about working with BIPOC Communities? Join us and grow your skills! We are currently accepting applications for two BIPOC Steering Committee Interns. The positions will be responsible for: coordinating and scheduling committee meetings; taking meeting minutes; maintain the committee’s documentation and files; and more! This is a part-time, non-benefitted internship that is grant funded through ARPA.

Requirements:
• Currently enrolled in a University or College program 
• Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to interact with all types of people in a political environment

Preferred Qualifications: 
• Ability to work independently, be detail-oriented and self-motivated/self-directed
• Lived experiences with, a sincere interest in supporting, and previous engagement and/or support for members of BIPOC communities/student organizations.
Schedule: Tentatively 6-9 months (approximately 8-10 hours per month) or until the project is completed. Hours throughout the month will be flexible except the BIPOC Steering Committee meetings.
