We are currently accepting applications for two BIPOC Steering Committee Interns. The positions will be responsible for: coordinating and scheduling committee meetings; taking meeting minutes; maintain the committee’s documentation and files; and more! This is a part-time, non-benefitted internship that is grant funded through ARPA.

Requirements:
• Currently enrolled in a University or College program 
• Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to interact with all types of people in a political environment

Preferred Qualifications: 
• Ability to work independently, be detail-oriented and self-motivated/self-directed
• Lived experiences with, a sincere interest in supporting, and previous engagement and/or support for members of BIPOC communities/student organizations.
Schedule: Tentatively 6-9 months (approximately 8-10 hours per month) or until the project is completed. Hours throughout the month will be flexible except the BIPOC Steering Committee meetings.
