City of Hudson issued the following announcement on Feb 22.
The City of Hudson would like to inform you of an upcoming public hearing and special City Council meeting regarding the proposed replacement of the Heggen Street bridge over Interstate 94 and the related reconstruction of the 11th Street/Coulee Road and/or Heggen Street/Crest View Drive intersections. The public hearing and special City Council meeting will be held on Monday, February 28th, 2022 beginning at 7:00pm at the City Council chambers at Hudson City Hall (505 Third Street) to share information on why the City is interested in undertaking this project, provide information on three potential layout alternatives, and allow for the opportunity for members of the public to provide additional feedback on the proposed design options. The City Council may take action on choosing a design alternative at this meeting. City staff encourages members of the public to review the information on this project at the City’s project website at https://hudsonwi.gov/628/City-Projects and contact Dean Chamberlain, City Engineer, at dchamberlain@hudsonwi.gov or 715-716-5729 with any questions in advance of the meeting if possible.
