The Back to School Ice Cream Social will be held outdoors at River Prairie Park between the River Prairie Center and the Forever Garden, Altoona, WI. City Council members were invited to attend. Because a quorum of one or more City Council members may be in attendance, public notices is hereby provided. There will be no action taken by City Council at this event.
