Wisconsin Farm Technology Days is the largest agricultural show in Wisconsin and one of the largest in the nation. The three-day, outdoor, non-profit event showcases the latest improvements in production agriculture, including many practical applications of recent research findings and technological developments.
This year we have many things we are proud to showcase about Wisconsin Agriculture in Eau Claire County. We have two farm tours featuring our Host Huntsinger Farms horseradish, along with Nellie Holsteins dairy. Our Innovation Square has several hands-on experiences and progressive development from surrounding area farms: Chippewa Valley Bean Co., Inc, Ferguson's Orchards - Eau Claire, Marieke Gouda, Silver Spring Foods, Inc. and Superior Fresh. The youth area is fun, educational and explores future careers in agriculture in our home state.
