Zach Malvik Men's basketball Head Coach at University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire | University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire
The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire men's basketball team has been recognized by the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) for their academic achievements. The team received the 2024-25 NABC Team Academic Excellence honors, announced on Thursday.
These awards are given to programs that have achieved a team GPA of 3.0 or higher during the academic year. Additionally, several players from the Blugolds were named to the NABC Honors Court. This recognition is for junior, senior, and graduate student athletes who have maintained a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher.
The individual players honored include Michael Casper from Merrill, Wisconsin; Cade Hall from Mauston, Wisconsin; Logan Ketterhagen from Cedar Grove, Wisconsin; Caiden Lecce from Kenosha, Wisconsin; Carter Lichtsinn from Olathe, Kansas; and Andre Renta from Hudson, Wisconsin.
