On Friday, March 7, former Chippewa Falls High School standout Morgan Wirtz’s current college team, the Saint Mary's Cardinals, won 11-0 in their NCAA Division III softball game against the Concordia Wisconsin Falcons.

The game took place at DiamondPlex Softball Complex. This was their first matchup against the Falcons this season.

The Cardinals’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 7 at 6:45 p.m. at DiamondPlex Softball Complex against Emmanuel Saints.
