On Sunday, Feb. 2, former Altoona High School standout Abby Smearman’s current college team, the Seton Hill Griffins, won 6-3 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Mount Olive Trojans.

The game took place at Nancy Chapman Cassell Field. This was their second matchup against the Trojans this season.

The Griffins’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 23 at 12 p.m. at Creekview Park against East Stroudsburg Warriors.
