Registration for summer programs in the Eau Claire Area School District is set to begin on March 1 and will conclude on March 28. Athletics registration, however, will remain open throughout the summer.

According to an Eau Claire Area School District (ASD) Facebook post, families should have received a letter containing student IDs and instructions on how to register. A family hotline for inquiries will be available exclusively from 8 a.m. to noon on March 1 at 715-852-3141.

The Eau Claire Area School District website states that registration can be completed for programs via Skyward Family Access online. Families can also join a waitlist and register for busing. Those needing assistance with registration after March 1 are advised to contact the appropriate summer school as listed in the 2025 PreK-Grade 12 Summer School Program Guide.

The summer school guide indicates that the district will provide transportation from home to school and back for all schools. Breakfast and lunch will be offered at multiple locations when summer programs are in session. The school district assures that there are no enrollment costs for its courses, and program partners have committed to keeping material fees minimal.

As per the summer program guide, the initial step in registration involves obtaining the student ID sent in a letter mailed to the family's home. The second step is course registration, with a video available providing instructions on this process. Families should use Skyward to register for busing between March 1 and March 28, noting that summer bus routes differ from those during the school year. The final step involves receiving a confirmation letter mailed to the family home in May with details about busing and program registration.
