Nick Amtmann, a senior from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, concluded his participation in the Thunderbolt tournament by tying for 40th place. The event took place at Sterling Grove Golf & Country Club in Surprise, Arizona. Over the course of three days, Amtmann completed the tournament with a score of 3 over par.
During Tuesday's final round, Amtmann scored a 76, bringing his total to 219 for the tournament. He shared his position with eight other golfers who also finished at 3 over par.
