University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire men's tennis concludes season with loss to Carleton

The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire men's tennis team concluded its season with a 6-3 defeat against Carleton College. The match took place on Saturday afternoon in Northfield, Minnesota. The Blugolds managed to secure victories in two doubles matches and one singles match during the dual.

In the doubles category, Demetri Bush and Hunter Roseth triumphed at No. 1 doubles with an 8-6 scoreline. Similarly, Andrew Mueller and Ethan Wurtzel claimed victory at No. 3 doubles, also finishing with an 8-6 score.

Ethan Wurtzel was the only player from UW-Eau Claire to win a singles match, emerging victorious in the No. 5 match with scores of 5-7, 7-6 (2), and 10-4.

The Blugolds completed their season holding a record of six wins and thirteen losses. Within the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC), they achieved two wins out of three matches. As the season closed, UW-Eau Claire had won three out of their last five duals.
