The L.E. Phillips Career Development Center will host its 32nd Annual Charity Golf Outing at Hickory Hills Golf Course. CDC hosts this annual golf outing to raise money to provide individuals with disabilities and disadvantages with meaningful and appropriate vocational services, employment opportunities and support services throughout the community. As a non-profit corporation, proceeds generated from this event will be utilized to upgrade facilities, purchase new equipment, and support our programs and services.
Every year we have over 350 golfers in attendance. Golfers enjoy games, prizes, raffles, a silent auction, food, drinks and much more!
CDC offers several different sponsorship opportunities that allow companies or individuals to participate and receive recognition for their sponsorship. Sponsorships can be donation of a silent auction item, sponsorship of the event, entry as an individual golfer or simply volunteer time to help out at the golf outing.
A cash drawing will also occur at the end of the outing. CDC has a Big Ticket raffle drawing with the grand prize being $5,000! There are more than $9,000 in cash prizes that will be given out to 15 winners. Only 250 tickets are being sold, which means each entree has a 6% chance of winning! Participants do not need to be present to win.
