City of Eau Claire recently issued the following announcement
Event: Eau Claire Sustainability Advisory Committee

Time: 3:30 PM - 5:00 PM
While City Hall offices and meeting rooms remain closed in response to COVID-19, meetings of the Sustainability Advisory Committee (SAC) are being held virtually through online meeting systems and will be available to the public via Webex using a computer, tablet or smartphone (requires Webex app), or telephone (audio only) using the link or dial-in number. See agenda for additional information.
A Public Meeting Participation Guide that explains how to use the Webex system has been created for members of the public and is available here.
