On Thursday, March 20, former New Richmond High School standout James Schutte’s current college team, the UW Eau Claire Blugolds, lost 13-5 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the William Paterson Pioneers.

The game took place at Northeast Regional Park. This was their first matchup against the Pioneers this season.

The Blugolds’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 21 at 9:30 a.m. at Northeast Regional Park against St. Norbert Green Knights.
