Wednesday, March 19: Boyceville Middle/High School standout Walker Retz’s college team loses to Minnesota Golden Gophers

On Wednesday, March 19, former Boyceville Middle/High School standout Walker Retz’s current college team, the St. Thomas Tommies, lost 8-2 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Minnesota Golden Gophers.

The game took place at Siebert Field. This was their first matchup against the Golden Gophers this season.

The Tommies’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 21 at 3 p.m. at Erv Huether Field against South Dakota State Jackrabbits.
