The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire (UWEC) will host trick-or-treaters at its residence halls on Halloween from 5 to 7 p.m. The event will feature door-to-door candy distribution in Bridgman, Chancellors, and Karlgaard Towers. Visitors should enter through the main lobby entrances of these buildings. Residents participating in this activity will display an orange door sign to welcome trick-or-treaters.

Other residence halls such as Horan, Governors, Oak Ridge, Murray, Sutherland, and The Suites will provide treats in their lobbies or basements.

Parking for the event is available in AMP spaces where payment is required or in F/S spaces on the upper campus.

It is mandatory for parents or guardians to accompany minors during the event. UW-Eau Claire has clarified that it "will not take responsibility or custodial care for minors while on campus and attending this event."
