City of Hudson issued the following announcement on Nov. 16
The update this week will be brief as I am out of the office for the rest of the week. Here’s what is anticipated for the coming weeks:
- Sidewalks on the east side of 2nd Street between Division Street and Lake Mallalieu are in the process of being poured yesterday and today. Some finishing work will be occurring the rest of the week. Traffic between Division Street and Lake Mallalieu may be shifted to one side of the road or the other to accommodate the sidewalk work.
- “Catwalks” between Vine Street and Division Street are on the schedule to be completed, but an exact date for this work is unknown at this time.
- Signing and pavement markings are anticipated to be completed this week or next week.
- The traffic signal between Division Street and South Street will likely be in operation until the end of November.
- Street lighting in the downtown area is likely to be installed the week of November 28th.
- The permanent traffic signal at 2nd Street/Coulee Road/Buckeye Street will likely be installed over the winter. The signal is being re-manufactured to correct some deficiencies.
