The Intercollegiate Women’s Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) announced its 2025 All-Region list on Friday, recognizing UW-Eau Claire’s Reegan Werner among the honorees. Werner was named to the West Region’s Second Team, joining 256 student-athletes who received All-Region honors.
Werner, a junior and two-time all-conference recipient, delivered an outstanding season for UW-Eau Claire. She set new records for the Blugolds in single-season points with 73, shots with 106, ground balls with 53, and caused turnovers with 39. Her performance included scoring 45 goals and providing 28 assists. Notably, she set program single-game records by scoring nine goals and achieving 12 points against Edgewood on March 7. This season also saw her become UW-Eau Claire’s all-time leader in career points, concluding the campaign with a total of 172 career points.
The Blugolds ended their season with an overall record of 11-7 and were runners-up in the WIAC Tournament for the first time.
