On Saturday, April 19, former Hudson High School standout Avery Johnson’s current college team, the Concordia Golden Bears, won 7-3 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Southwest Minnesota State Mustangs.

The game took place at Mustang Field. This was their second matchup against the Mustangs this season.

The Golden Bears’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 26 at 11:50 a.m. at Carlander Field against Sioux Falls Cougars.
