On Saturday, April 19, former Altoona High School standout Christian Varsho’s current college team, the Winona State Warriors, lost 10-8 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Southwest Minnesota State Mustangs.

The game took place at Loughrey Field. This was their fourth matchup against the Mustangs this season.

The Warriors’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, April 23 at 12 p.m. at Loughrey Field against Minnesota Duluth Bulldogs.
